On Thursday, the squadron had the pleasure of awarding cadets for showing commitment and excellent standards whilst carrying out their Air Cadet duties.
Promoted to Corporal and taking their first step on the cadet NCO ladder were Cpl Lewis Campbell, Cpl Callum Fraser, Cpl Euan Robertson and Cpl Hayley Marquis.. We wish them a very warm welcome to our Junior NCO team and look forward to you all contributing to this important team.
Promoted to the rank of Sergeant and beginning his journey as a Senior NCO was Sgt Ceiran Gray. Sgt Gray is a continued stalwart of the squadron, tackling everything with enthusiasm and an infectious big smile.
The final promotion of the night was to Flight Sergeant for FS Samuel Hughes. FS Hughes is a fantastic ambassador for the Air Cadets, polite, confident and knowledgeable. FS Hughes continues to show great leadership, moral strength and empathy. We look forward to you continuing to make your mark within 470.
