For the first time in decades 470 Squadron now has an official Squadron standard for ceremonial use.
Baille Billy Buchanan and Councillor John McLuckie from Falkirk Council were on hand to present the standard to the Squadron just in time for this year’s Remembrance celebrations. We are extremely grateful to both councillors for personally funding this initiative which is an extremely generous donation.
The new Standard which incorporates our 2015 badge will be used at official squadron functions and ceremonial events by the cadets.
