On Tuesday night we took a break from the normal training routine to focus on team building for our non-NCO cadets. This proved to be an invaluable experience for the cadets where they got the chance to participate in different forms of team building exercises which will aid them in their development. We will be running a similar advanced session for our cadet NCO’s in December to focus on leadership principles.
