Leuchars Station Training Weekend

Staff and cadets have just spend a busy, sunny weekend at Leuchars Station taking part in various training courses.

Three senior cadet NCO’s completed the difficult and stressful Cadet Drill Trainer Course. Huge congratulations to FS Sim and Sgt’s Carnie and Hughes on completing the course. We look forward to continuing to make your mark within the squadron.

Two junior cadet NCOs completed their JNCO training course. Cpl’s Gray and Fraser completed this full-on course, working well into the evenings on both nights and gave one hundred percent in all aspects of the training. We look forward to you putting into practice what you have learned.

Three staff members attended the weekend, either assisting in running the above courses or taking part in the Adult Volunteer Induction Package (AVIP) consolidation day, marking the completion of their introductory training. Without you and the rest of the squadron CFAV’s sacrificing their time away from home and family, we could not do what we do.

Fantastic efforts by all concerned and a huge public thank you from the squadron OC.
