On Sunday 22nd September cadets and staff from #Team470 supported the annual Helix Duathlon which was hosted at the Helix Park in Falkirk.
The rain certainly dampen the spirits of the competitors and we were on hand to marshal and assist the organisers to make sure the event went smoothly.
We have assisted Falkirk Community Trust since it started and we are very happy to continue to support Grangemouth Triathlon Club with their third successful year in charge.
