2018 West Scotland Wing Competition
Monday 20th August 2018 saw three teams of cadets participate in the 2018 West Scotland Wing model making, aircraft recognition, public relations and the photography competitions.
We were delighted to have our most successful evening in years by taking home the following awards:
Photography: Sgt Aqib Iftikhar winning 2nd place
Media and PR: The media team of Sgt Lieshman, Sgt Rowles, Sgt Iftikhar, Cdt Blum and Cdt Rae won 1st place and go on to the Regional finals.

Model Making: The model team of Cpl Baker, Cpl Murkowski, Cpl Tait-Curtis, Cdt Johnson, Cdt Mulholland, Cdt Beckmann, Cdt Krzyzak and Cdt Winstone won joint 1st with Monklands (1001)
Cpl Tait-Curtis won 1st place for class 3 with his Tiger tank

The U16 air rec team won 1st place!
Cpl Baker won 1st place in the U16 individual air rec competition
Cpl Tait-Curtis achieved 3rd place in the open air rec competition
