On February 28th a number of cadets from 470 Squadron visited RAF Leuchars for what we believe will be our last air experience flight at the base while it is still under RAF control.
RAF Leuchars has been our home for AEF flying for the past couple of decades and it will continue to provide the service once it transitions to the army in the coming months.
For the cadets involved they all received a 30 minute flight in the Grob Tutor aircraft and got the chance to control the aircraft.
